Purdy's Chocolates
Winter Music Fundraiser
This fundraiser is so great because you, your friends, and family can EASILY order on-line! You can invite people to support you in raising funds for your band and choir trips by purchasing chocolates right from the Purdy’s website where they will automatically have all the information they need to place an order. You can also track who has ordered, who’s paid and how much you’ve earned. And best of all, there are no order forms or monies to collect and keep track of!

ON-LINE ORDERING
- Go to https://fundraising.purdys.com/
- If you are a returning customer, please fill in your log in information
- If you are a new customer click “Register”
- Click “Register as a Supporter”, enter our customer number (9761) or email ([email protected]) and enter your contact information.
- Click “Join A Campaign”
- From there, you can shop online and select the items you want to order.
- With online orders only Visa and Mastercard are available
- Last day for ordering on-line is Thursday, November 27th, 2025
PAPER ORDER FORMS
- Due to the number of bounced cheques last year, only CASH orders will be accepted. DO NOT ADD SHIPPING COSTS! Please add the 5% sales tax.
- Ensure that your child’s first and last name and grade is on the top of the order form and indicate which band, choir, or strings group they are in. (i.e. Steven Stevens, Advanced Strings)
- Make a copy of your order to keep for your own records!
- Please have completed orders with CASH in a sealed envelope with the student’s name on it. Orders must be dropped off to the music room by Thursday, November 27th, 2025. LATE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Hillside Mall Night of Lights Tickets
Our music program is again selling Night of Lights Tickets! The event is on Sunday, November 23, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
- Tickets are $5 each.
- Interested students and families can sign out an envelope of 5 tickets. You can also email [email protected] to reserve a booklet!
- When selling tickets, please give the ENTIRE ticket to the purchaser. Do not keep any portion of the ticket.
- When your child has sold their tickets, please seal the envelope with the money inside, put your child's full name on it and hand it in to their music teacher. If there are some unsold tickets, please leave them in the envelope as well.
